Recognizing the small things in life, which we refer to as “Micro-Moments.” While it is important to celebrate huge milestones, like a huge sales deal, it is also crucial not to miss the beauty of smaller milestones, everyday interactions, and events. Macro moments may gain our attention, but focusing on them too much can cause us to miss out on the small pleasures that surround us every day. Micro-moments don’t necessarily need grand celebrations like macro moments may; rather, they deserve recognition and appreciation.
