Creativity is not just about art and design. Creativity is, at its core, about ideas and how we develop, understand, and communicate them. Not just in terms of the arts, but in every realm of thinking and work. It’s in every problem we solve, every solution we present. We use our combined knowledge as the building blocks. Every one of us is creative and has the ability to see the possibilities and to colour outside of the lines to create something new.
Trust is the most important business and brand asset we manage, especially in relationships with clients, coworkers, and contractors. The way we build trust is through sharing openly. Transparency means more open conversations and more open doors in order to understand how we each operate. When we avoid putting up walls, we can begin to see the value each person brings.
