Kids Dental Group (KDG) is a multi-location dental practice based in the Greater Toronto Area, offering both pediatric and orthodontic services under one roof. With four clinics and a high volume of active patients, KDG serves a broad audience of families and works closely with referring dentists. Their internal marketing team manages SEO, PPC, community sponsorships, and patient engagement, investing hundreds of thousands of dollars annually in digital and grassroots channels.
The primary goal of this engagement was to create a website that would serve as both a marketing engine and an operational tool. Kids Dental Group Dental website needed a centralized, responsive platform to improve lead quality, streamline referrals, and clearly communicate their dual-specialty model.
This project presented several unique technical and structural challenges. Serving a multi-location, dual-specialty practice meant building a website that worked for both internal operations and diverse external user needs.
Designing for both parents (as decision-makers) and kids (as the target demographic) required balancing usability with friendliness and trust.
The navigation needed to reflect both orthodontic and pediatric services. In order to settle on the most optimized UX/UI experience, we needed input from both the leadership and marketing teams.
With four clinics, prior workflows involved multiple contact numbers and disparate referral processes. These needed to be consolidated without sacrificing clarity.
The site had to meet healthcare privacy standards and be optimized for speed, mobile, and search visibility to support ongoing digital campaigns.
To deliver a solution that met strategic and operational requirements, we applied a collaborative, design-led process. Every element of the build was guided by user experience, brand clarity, and conversion potential, within a fixed timeline and budget.
Using analytics and patient journey mapping, we restructured the site architecture around two clear pathways: Pediatric and Orthodontic. This segmentation reduced decision fatigue for visitors while increasing clicks.
We replaced four clinic numbers with one centralized contact, created a comprehensive Forms Hub and added a high-visibility "Refer a Patient" CTA for other dentists.
Our in-house media team created custom clinic photography and updated headshots to better reflect KDG’s tone: modern, clinical, and family-friendly. These assets improved brand perception and were repurposed for other digital campaigns..
The WordPress build supports SEO, blog publishing, landing pages, and third-party integrations, including CRM and email automation tools. Page templates are optimized for future service line expansion and campaign-specific microsites.

The project achieved its objectives by improving internal workflows, enhancing brand presentation, and laying a solid foundation for future marketing and patient acquisition efforts.
Time-on-site increased, bounce rate decreased, and appointment form submissions rose within the first two months. Analytics integration allows ongoing tracking of form conversions and referral page traffic.
By consolidating four clinic phone numbers into a single contact line and centralizing intake forms, the site has reduced administrative complexity. This enhancement supports smoother scheduling and reduces the potential for missed inquiries.
The visual tone and messaging now accurately reflect KDG’s patient-first values and high standards of care. Custom clinic photography and updated team headshots helped align the website with the in-person experience. These assets also serve as multipurpose content across KDG's social and advertising efforts.
