CLIENT PROBLEM

PEDAAL was opening its first location in Toronto’s Harbord Village with a clear vision: an urban bike shop and community café giving city dwellers a genuine alternative to car travel. What they didn’t have was a brand or a digital presence to introduce that vision to the market.

The previous site was outdated and generating no results. There was no visual identity to build from, and the business had two distinct audiences to serve with messaging that had to speak to both without losing either.
