Quanser carries real authority. The content reflected it. Deep, technical, rich with research, courseware, and resources. The website itself wasn’t keeping up. Built in 2016 and touched by many hands over the years, the site had become flat, bloated, and difficult to navigate.
Mobile performance was poor enough to actively hurt the experience and SEO. Hundreds of broken links and missing meta descriptions were eroding both user trust and search visibility.
The audience made it more urgent. Engineering faculty, researchers, and PhDs aren’t impulse buyers, they wear two hats at once, as researchers looking to publish and educators looking for the best tools to teach with. The site needed to serve both motivations across four markets. The existing experience couldn’t.

We rebuilt quanser.com around a clean, purposeful information architecture designed for how a research-driven audience actually evaluates and adopts engineering solutions — six clear sections, dual-axis product browsing, conversion-ready PDPs, and a technical foundation that supports the experience instead of undermining it.
